Our work is informed by attachment theory, person-centered therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindful self-compassion, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
