Individual Counseling

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down and make sense of your internal world with compassion and curiosity. We support adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, grief, identity questions, spiritual struggles, life transitions, and patterns that feel hard to change alone.

Our work is grounded in attachment-based understanding and an emotionally attuned, relational approach, integrating evidence-based psychotherapy with spiritually informed care. This supports not only symptom relief, but deeper self-understanding and more meaningful, values-aligned living.

Couples Counseling

Couples therapy offers a structured and compassionate space to repair disconnection, improve communication, and understand the emotional patterns that shape your relationship.

We use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to help partners move out of reactive cycles and toward greater safety, clarity, and connection—supporting deeper trust and emotional closeness. Spiritual and meaning-centered themes are welcome when relevant.

Child & Teen Counseling

Child and teen therapy supports emotional regulation, development, and secure attachment through challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, school stress, ADHD-related struggles, grief, and life transitions.

Parent involvement is an important part of this work. We offer guidance and support to help caregivers respond with more clarity, steadiness, and connection—strengthening the relationship and emotional environment at home.

Spirituality, Meaning, and Healing

Questions of meaning, purpose, identity, values, belonging, and connection are often an important—but frequently overlooked—part of being human. Our clinicians hold specialized training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP), helping clients explore spiritual resources, spiritual struggles, religious trauma, and life's bigger questions within a thoughtful, evidence-based therapeutic relationship.
