Lillie believes therapy should be a soft place to land when life feels overwhelming, loud, or completely uprooted. Known for her warm and authentic approach, her goal is to create a genuinely supportive space where clients can catch their breath, let their guard down, and explore their lives with clear eyes and a compassionate heart.

Integrating person-centered and cognitive-behavioral techniques, Lillie enjoys working with young adults and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, OCD, or ADHD. She focuses on equipping clients with practical tools to address day-to-day challenges while providing space to explore deeper life experiences.

For those who wish to weave their faith into the therapeutic process, Lillie also offers Christian-integrated counseling, welcoming clients at all stages of their spiritual journey to safely explore their doubts, questions, and beliefs.

Lillie holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati.
